    YILI Powder Actuated Fastening System C., Ltd. found in 1992, is the leading and most competitive manufacturer in China for powder actuated fastening systems which include powder actuated fastening tools, powder loads and drive pins ( fasteners).  It has over 50% domestic market share . Our powder actuated fastening systems meeting with PATMI, ANSI A10.3 and C.I.P. standards have been exported largely to over 50 countries, some of them in the way of OEM. Our powder loads and drive pins are compatible with the tools of Hilti, Ramset/red head, SPIT, Simpson, Boss and other brands. Now we are the most important powder actuated fastening systems manufacturing base for export in China.

:::A brief introduction of powder actuated fastening systems:::

    The powder actuated fastening system consists of power load, power tool and fastener. A large amount of gas with high temperature and high presure produced by power tool percussing power load drived at high speed fastenner into the various hard receptors and they were fasted together. This product, a building and installing tool with characters of high-effect, energy conservation and low-price, has been widely used in many industries such as the building, installation, shipbuilding, irrigation works, decoration, metallurgical, electric power, communication, mining and underwater operaion, and so on.

    We manufacture .22 cal, .25 cal .27 cal. Single, strip, metal disc powder loads .  We are the first steel case powder load manufacturer in China.

    We manufacture high/low velocity fastening tools and hammer driving tools.
　



　

 Drive pins (Fasteners)

    We manufacture over 100 category high / low velocity drive pins, thread studs, hammer dive pins.

 Styphnatic acid
    The product has two Kinds of fine powder and coarse grain. Among them coarse grain can meet a special requirement of powder charge. The company has an annual production capacity of hundreds tons. The products has been exported largely to foreign countries.

    Aminoguanidine bicarbonate has been exported largely to foreign countries.
